Faraday Copper provides a strong environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) framework that supports the business plan of the Company. This enables our people to work as responsible stewards of the community and environment.

We operate on the fundamentals of respect, diligence, and integrity. Our governance program is overseen by the Faraday Copper’s experienced Board of Directors, who is responsible for overseeing the management team’s implementation of effective programs that provide a safe work environment, employ sound environmental practices, and operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and permits.

On April 21, 2022 CopperBank Resources Corp. (CopperBank) changed its name to Faraday Copper Corp. (Faraday Copper). This isn’t reflected in the documentation that predates the name change. Therefore, all reference to CopperBank in this documentation is representative of the actions of Faraday Copper. 

The technical information on this website has been reviewed and approved by Faraday Copper’s Vice President of Exploration, Dr. Thomas Bissig, P.Geo and Vice President of Projects and Evaluations, Zach Allwright, P.Eng, both of whom are deemed a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
