Paul Harbidge is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in mining exploration and development with a proven track record. He assumed the role of CEO in 2021. Prior to Faraday, Mr. Harbidge held various roles including the President and Chief Executive Officer of GT Gold and Senior Vice President of Exploration at Goldcorp Inc. Prior to that, he led the exploration team at Randgold Resources Limited. Mr. Harbidge currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Fireweed Metals Corp., and as a technical advisor to Japan Gold Corp., Maple Gold Mines Ltd., Kalo Gold Corp., and Gemdale Gold Inc. He has a First-Class Honours Degree in Geology from Kingston University, London, UK and a Masters of Science in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from Leicester University, UK.

Graham Richardson is a Canadian CPA with over 15 years of experience in the mining sector and a proven track record of adapting and partnering with various levels of organizations to achieve desired outcomes. He assumed the role of CFO in 2021. Prior to Faraday, his previous roles included Senior Director, Finance and Accounting at Fortuna Mining Corp, Assistant Controller, North America at Newmont, and Director, Finance Performance Management at Goldcorp. Mr. Richardson started his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in their mining practice in Vancouver and subsequently Melbourne. Mr. Richardson currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gemdale Gold Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.

Jeffrey Cornoyer is a mining engineer and economic geologist with over 20 years of experience spanning exploration, technical services and open-pit copper operations. He assumed the role of General Manager in 2026. Prior to Faraday, Mr. Cornoyer served as General Manager, Technical Services for ASARCO, LLC and Minera Mexico and General Manager of ASARCO’S Ray Operations and Copper Basin Railway. Throughout his career, he has held progressively senior technical and operational leadership roles with ASARCO and Hudbay Minerals Inc. Mr. Cornoyer holds a Master of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering – Mineral Resources and a Professional Master of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona. He is a Registered Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and U.S. SEC Regulation S-K 1300.

Dr. Thomas Bissig is a geologist and geochemist with over 26 years of experience in exploration and applied research on porphyry and epithermal deposit types across the Americas. He joined Faraday in 2021. Prior to that he held the position of Director, Geochemistry for Goldcorp/Newmont and provided consulting services to exploration teams across the Americas. From 2008 to 2017, Dr. Bissig was a senior research associate at the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada). Dr. Bissig holds a diploma in Earth Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and a PhD degree from Queen's University in Ontario. He is a registered Professional Geologist with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Aaron Cohn is a mining and business professional with over 20 years of international and domestic experience in optimizing business performance through projects, programs and initiatives focused on efficiency and effectiveness. He joined Faraday in 2021. Prior to Faraday, Mr. Cohn was Vice President – Technical Services, Senior Director – Finance, and Director – Operations Support at Ma’aden Gold & Base Metals in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he worked for Newmont Mining Corporation spanning a period of over 14 years across diverse operating regions of West Africa, Asia Pacific, and the USA. Mr. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University, Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from Acuity Institute.

Zach Allwright is a skilled mining professional with over 18 years of diversified international experience, specializing in asset optimization and technical evaluations. He joined Faraday in 2021. In his prior role as Director, North America for Mining Plus Consulting (part of Byrnecut Group), he successfully delivered an extensive range of technical studies and asset evaluations in team environments. Mr. Allwright currently serves as Technical Advisor to Fireweed Metals (Lundin Group Company) and is a member of the Board of Directors of Mayfair Gold and Bravada Gold.  Mr. Allwright holds a Mining Engineering degree from the Western Australian School of Mines and an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).

Angela Johnson is a diversified mining and exploration professional with over 15 years of experience holding numerous technical, operational, and corporate level leadership roles for junior and intermediate producers. Prior to joining Faraday in 2022, she held the positions of Corporate Development Manager at Silvercorp Metals, and Exploration Manager at Calibre Mining Corp. From 2012 to 2019, Ms. Johnson held various technical, project management, and sustainability positions at SSR Mining. Ms. Johnson currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Endeavour Silver Corp. and Gold Royalty Corp. She holds a B.Sc. (honours) in Geology from the University of Alberta, an M.Sc. in Geology/Geochemistry from the University of Victoria, an MBA in Financial Services from Dalhousie University and. is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Stacey Pavlova is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry within the areas of investor relations, finance, and metal sales. Prior to joining Faraday in 2022, Ms. Pavlova was the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at New Pacific Metals. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2021, Ms. Pavlova held various positions in investor relations, treasury, and metal sales at SSR Mining, an intermediate precious metals producer. Ms. Pavlova serves as a member of the Board of Directors of NiCAN Ltd. and the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. Ms. Pavlova holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a Master’s in Finance degree from the University of Denver.

Benjamin Peterson is an experienced environmental permitting and land management professional with over 18 years of expertise supporting projects across the western United States. He assumed the role of Permitting Director in 2025. Mr. Peterson has held progressively senior leadership roles focused on permitting strategy, regulatory compliance, and environmental risk mitigation as a consultant and at advanced-stage development companies. Previously, he served as Manager of Permitting and Environment for Integra Resources and, prior to that, he was Manager of Permitting, Lands, and Sustainability at Millennial Precious Metals. Mr. Peterson holds a B.S in Geology and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He is a Licensed Professional Geologist in six states and a Licensed Drone Pilot.

Laura Moran is an exploration and database management professional with over 15 years of experience. She joined Faraday in 2022. Prior to Faraday, her previous roles included Manager of Geoscience Databases at PureGold Mining and Exploration Geologist at New Gold. She has managed extensive datasets from green fields exploration through to active mining production, incorporating validated historical sources with current data collection. She is adept at designing high-integrity data structures and robust, versatile data delivery systems. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Queensland in 2011 and a Management of Technology MBA from Simon Fraser University in 2024.

Cynthia Salas is a human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting mining, industrial and construction organizations across the United States. Cynthia joined Faraday in 2026. She has held progressively senior HR leadership roles with companies including Freeport-McMoRan, CMOC International, Vulcan Materials Company and Rango Inc., where she most recently served as Human Resources Director overseeing HR and safety functions across multiple states and business entities. Mrs. Salas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
